MAXIMUS OKOYE
Maximus is the Chairman of the company.
He brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning commercial banking, development finance, and agribusiness advisory in Nigeria.
He has held senior management roles at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, and Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, where he was instrumental in building and scaling agricultural banking platforms across Southern Nigeria.
Over the course of his career, he has led multi-billion-naira agribusiness portfolios, delivered sustained double-digit asset growth, and facilitated access to over ₦150 billion in structured and intervention funding through leading development finance institutions, including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Bank of Industry (BOI), and African Development Bank (AfDB).
His expertise covers capital raising, financial modelling, value chain structuring, credit governance, and regulatory compliance.
He holds an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.Agric.Tech in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
Debo is the Acting Managing Director of R & A Real Estate Limited.
Debo is an ICT professional, leadership development expert, insurance practitioner, finance and actuary strategist, management consultant and analyst.
He holds both Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos. He is a member, Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN); member of Computer Association of Nigeria (COAN) and Nigeria Internet Group (NIG).
He has had extensive interaction with the ICT sector in Nigeria, having operated in different cadres across the space.

Tunde is a finance and
management professional with
three decades of experience in the
Nigerian financial service sector.
He holds both Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA (Finance) from the same university.
At different times, he played a senior management roles in CFAO Nigeria Plc, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and Finance and Commercial Services Limited.
He has attended several management and finance courses in Nigeria and overseas.
Isaac is a non-Executive Director of R & A Real Estate Limited.
He is a construction professional and Quantity Surveyor with almost three decades of cognate experience in the Nigerian construction and property development environment.
Isaac holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Yaba College of Technology and a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also has a Certification in Procurement and Vendor Management and is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Project Management.
At different times, he has played a senior management roles in the areas of costing, procurement and project management in Arab Contractors Nigeria Limited, Egypro Nigeria Limited, Craneburg Construction Limited, Octo5 Holdings Limited and Mixta Africa Real Estate Limited.
Isaac Adeyemi
Bukola is a Director of R & A Real Estate Limited.
Bukola is a lawyer, arbitrator and corporate governance expert.
She holds an honors degree in law from The University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigeria Bar.
She earned a Master of Laws degree from The University of Lagos and The University of Wales in General Commercial Law and International Trade Law respectively.
Bukola is a 2012 awardee of the prestigious International Practice Fellowship of the International Bar Association and College of Law, UK.
She is a member of several professional bodies such as International Bar Association (IBA), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK (Nigeria Branch). The Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and the The Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITN).
Bukola was a partner at a reputable law firm till December 2024. She headed the capital markets team of the firm for about 10 years during her 17 years at the firm. She continues to practice independently as a Legal Consultant.
